Why Kivo?

Kivo started as a student full-stack project — a way to learn realtime systems properly: auth and sessions, Socket.IO presence, MongoDB modeling, offline caching, and push. It stayed honest: no ads, no tracking, no enterprise bloat. Just DMs, groups, and Spaces that feel instant and look yours.
